Hi, I'm your typical busy mom.
I'm a Marketing Manager for the company I work for and have many operational duties included.
I'm a mom to two beautiful, loving, opinionated, bossy, messy, incredible kids.
I'm married to a Computer Systems Analyst who travels 90% of the year leaving me home to handle the kids, two dogs, work and anything else that comes up.
I'm BUSY!!!
So after several failed attempts to find a resource for non "fancy" food (imported sauces, fruit on meat or in salads, and stuff that takes a couple of hours to prep and an equal amount of time to cook) I decided I'd start posting my successful recipes. The days I don't post are probably the days I threw everything out because it completely didn't work out and pulled out a pizza ;).
Anyways, as you've noticed, I'm busy. I don't have time for BS, I need quick meals that I don't get bored with.
We'll see how it works out!
